Everyday care
A rosary that is prayed with regularly, held in the hands and kept in a pocket or a small pouch rather than left exposed to open air, dulls far more slowly than one left sitting out — ordinary handling is part of what keeps a piece bright. A soft dry cloth is all it needs.
Keep any piece dry and wipe it with a soft cloth only. Avoid abrasive polishes and dips of every kind: the bench cannot tell you what these components are finished with, so it cannot tell you what a chemical polish will do to them, and the honest advice is not to risk it.
Repair
Because every link is individually turned and closed by hand, a damaged or opened link can be repaired on its own without disturbing the rest of the strand. Repairs are done by the maker herself — seehow to get in touch to arrange one.
