Shipping and returns

Shipping

The shop delivers to the United Kingdom, tracked and insured, for a flat £12. Delivery is charged separately and is not included in the price of a piece. Pieces are packed by hand for dispatch, so allow one to three days of handling before a parcel leaves, and a further two to four days in transit to a UK address.

Returns

A return is accepted within 14 days of delivery, refunded in full once the piece is received back in the condition it was sent. A returned piece re-enters the collection rather than being remade.

Repair

Repair is separate from returns. A wire-linked strand can be opened and put right one link at a time — see care and blessing for what that involves and how to ask.
