Shipping

The shop delivers to the United Kingdom, tracked, at no extra cost. Pieces are packed at the bench for dispatch, so allow one to three days of handling before a parcel leaves, and a further two to four days in transit from central Portugal to a UK address.

Each piece arrives in a linen pouch inside premium packaging, ready to give as it is.

Returns

A return is accepted within 14 days of delivery, refunded in full once the piece is received back in the condition it was sent. Because every piece is made once, a returned piece re-enters the collection rather than being remade — it is not replaced.

Repair

Repair is separate from returns and is included free for the life of the piece — see care and blessing for how that works.
