Stock
Every piece is made by hand, one at a time, so no two come out the same — and a piece can be made again on request, never quite identically. Prices are shown in pounds and do not include delivery, which is charged separately. UK law applies to your order, and we pay any import fees ourselves wherever we are permitted to prepay them; where we are not, the carrier will collect them from you on delivery.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is taken. If a piece becomes unavailable between browsing and payment — which can happen when a piece sells while it is being viewed — a full refund is issued and you will be told directly.
